Organizational Culture & Strategy

I help organizations build inclusive, values-driven cultures through strategic consulting and action-oriented facilitation. As a Certified Diversity & Belonging Facilitator, I partner with Fortune 100 companies to design globally applicable workshops, lead courageous conversations, and translate organizational values into measurable change. From multi-regional research initiatives to hands-on training programs, I empower teams to create lasting cultural transformation.

As part of B Lab’s multi-year plan to revamp their certification requirements for B Corporations globally, I led the efforts for the APAC and U.S. East Coast regions, facilitating focus groups in both English and Mandarin before analyzing and translating key findings for reporting. Ellen Shenette, Director, Net Zero Action Accelerator at Environmental Defense Fund

“Not only did she accomplish her assigned tasks – by analyzing data to make recommendations for future recruitment efforts – but she also acted as a trusted advisor on DEIJ issues and pushed for internal organizational change. A few examples of her additional contributions include training a team of 40 staff on DEI and inclusive language, making recommendations for how we should evaluate the companies that we choose to partner with, helping to craft external-facing communications, and thoughtfully pushing us to take our DEIJ work to the next level. Her knowledge, professionalism and work quality exceeded my expectations and she accomplished more than I ever could have imagined. I would recommend Xin Yi without hesitation!”
